Alex ( Alexandra ) Wall Fishing Permit
To obtain a pass you will need to telephone the issuing officer (Mr. Phil Jackson) on 0151-949-6144 to arrange an appointment.
You will need photographic identity, such as UK driving licence or passport, a utility bill that has your name and address on, proof of 3rd party insurance, such as a membership card to a fishing association that covers you whilst angling ( The NFSA gives £5m cover automatically once you are a member) and your vehicle V5 (log book) or vehicle insurance details, as a seperate badge is issued for your vehicle. The pass costs just £5 and runs until August 2007, you will then be required to renew the permit every two years.
Conditions:
Port of Liverpool - Sea Angling Federation
1. Photographic passes MUST be worn and clearly displayed whilst within the Port boundary and be made available for inspection by any authorised person upon request.
2. Any motor vehicle brought into the Port MUST have a current vehicle pass in force for that vehicle and that pass must be clearly displayed.
Motor vehicles must only be parked in the designated areas.
3. All members of the Port of Liverpool Sea Angling Federation must be covered by a current certificate of third party liability insurance and will have no claim against the MD&HC/Peel Ports.

4. Sea angling is only to be undertaken on the permitted site within the Port.
5. Anglers must comply with any instruction/direction given by any authorised person or authorised Bailiff.
6. All members must endeavour to keep the fishing area clean and tidy by use of the rubbish bins provided.
7. Breaches of the rules of the Port of Liverpool Sea Angling Federation will result in passes being revoked forthwith and will result in your exclusion from the Port of Liverpool for angling purposes.
